HollaEx has a tier based account level system starting from level 1 to 10. Each account level has specific requirements can be found below:

**HAP Accounts is a special account for affiliate sales and marketing. Apply for HAP here. Alternatively, you can get into HAP by using bitHolla Vault or the HollaEx Kit on dash.bitholla.com
Account-level up
Accounts are automatically and periodically checked for eligibility to upgrade and once either conditions are met it automatically gets upgraded.
Additionally accounts can get downgraded to lower levels. The exception is for level 5 users who will never go below 5 and also for level 3 (verified users) who would never go below their levels.
